Goal: There shall be a Young Lawyers Division of the Association, whose membership shall include all Regular members of the Association under the age of thirty six (36) years or admitted to practice less than three years. The young Lawyers Division shall be entitled to special funding as determined on a yearly basis and approved by the Board of Directors. The young Lawyers Division may elect Officers and Directors, adopt individual Bylaws to govern the executive of the Division’s power and duties, and my establish and collect individual dues, which may be billed and collected by the Association with annual Association dues. Bylaws adopted by the Division shall be approved by the Association’s Board of Directors prior to implementation.
