Court Access Cards are available through the HCBA for all attorneys in good standing with the Florida Bar. Please fill out the application above and email it to: accesscard@hillsbar.com

If you have a picture you would like us to use, please attach it in an email to accesscard@hillsbar.com. If you already have a photo on file in our membership directory, please let us know if you would like to use it. If you need a photo taken for the application, please call the HCBA to schedule an appointment.
After your application is processed, we can mail it to you or you can stop by the HCBA to pick it up. The cost of the card is $35 and it is valid through the end of 2011.
