Mediator Roundtable: A Panel Discussion from Local Employment Mediators About Ethical Issues, What Works at Mediation, What Wastes Time, and How to Avoid an Impasse

Panelists:

Mark Hanley has practiced labor relations and employment law since 1982. He has extensive experience in litigating class action and single plaintiff employment suits. He has mediated over 2,000 employment disputes.

Gail Holtzman has been practicing law for more than 30 years and has substantial experience defending a broad range of federal and state labor and employment claims, complaints and charges. In addition, Ms. Holtzman is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and serves as a mediator.

Shane Munoz throughout his career of more than 25 years practicing law, Shane has successfully represented business organizations in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, whistleblower, harassment, restrictive covenants, wage and hour, and other complex litigation. Mr. Munoz is Certified as a Circuit Court Mediator in all judicial circuits in the State of Florida.
