Jon Gatto, Esq., Carlton Fields Jordan Burt, focuses his practice on health care and health care litigation, with a focus on the representation of hospitals. He has handled complex litigation matters, including qui tam lawsuits, major government investigations, and multi-million dollar contract litigation. He also provides regulatory advice, with particular expertise in the areas of public hospital leases, sovereign immunity, public records and open meetings laws, credentialing and peer review issues, and Medicare/Medicaid billing and fraud and abuse issues.

Andy Mayts, Esq., Gray Robinson., has handled construction litigation matters for owners, subcontractors, suppliers and Community Development Districts. The matters handled include lien actions, bond claims, construction defect issues and claims for equitable adjustment of contracts. Additionally, Andy has represented design professionals including architects in class-action litigation. He has also represented business clients in the formation of entities, litigation issues regarding noncompetition agreements, banking litigation, general corporate representation and commercial litigation. Andy has represented national banks in state and federal court in numerous trials.
