David Lillesand, Esq., has been lead counsel in over 3,500 Social Security/SSI claims in federal administrative hearings since the first year of the SSI program, and in federal court appeals in United States District Court and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. David authored the chapter on Special Needs Trusts in the Florida Bar’s Lexis/Nexus publication, Administration of Trusts in Florida (2013).  His analysis of the impact of ObamaCare on the practice of Elder and Special Needs Law was published in Forbes.com.  He frequently lectures for the ABA, the Florida Bar, law schools, AFELA, NOSSCR and the Academy of Special Needs Planners
