Listed below are classifications of membership in the HCBA. 

First time applicants must pay a New Application Fee. $ 25

Regular Members: Individuals with a law degree & a member in good standing with Florida Bar. $205 
Student Members: Law students or graduates who have not yet taken the Florida Bar exam. $25 
Government Attorney Members:  Attorneys employed by local, state, or federal government offices.  $100 
Affiliate Members: Non-attorneys with a relationship to the HCBA.  $275
Paralegal Members:  Paralegals with certification, schooling or equivalent experience and currently employed as a Paralegal.  
Law Firm Administrators: Employed with a law firm as an administrator  $60
Honorary Members: Lawyers over age 70 who have been members of the HCBA for 25 years or more. complimentary
Judicial Members: Judges receive complimentary membership.  complimentary                           

Donations to the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation are optional. $25

The Hillsborough County Bar Foundation is the charitable giving arm of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.  

Additional dues apply to be a member of the following sections:

Trial Lawyers Section $25
Marital & Family Law Section $25
