A. Brian Albritton, Phelps Dunbar LLP, concentrates his practice on “white collar” criminal defense; False Claims Act and Qui Tam litigation; defending regulatory enforcement actions brought by government agencies, including unfair/deception trade practice actions brought by the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general; regulatory compliance; and complex commercial litigation, including the prosecution and defense of claims relating to trade secret theft, non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants.

Jo Ann Palchak, The Law Office of Jo Ann Palchak, P.A., practices in the area of white-collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation, including securities litigation. Ms. Palchak often appears in both state and federal court on a variety of regulatory, criminal, civil, and appellate matters for both individual and corporate clients. She provides outside general counsel services to a variety of corporate clients and also represents professionals in licensing matters before regulatory boards. Ms. Palchak opened her own litigation boutique after several years at a national white-collar firm in Tampa.
