Greg Karch, Esq., is the founder and managing shareholder of DLT Law Group, P.A. He is a business transactions attorney practicing corporate law, business entity formation, governance, and restructuring along with mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation. He also practices in intellectual property law, focusing on trademark law, trade secrets and IP licensing agreements. Greg represents clients with legal issues surrounding digital currency, emerging blockchain applications, and smart contracts.

Jordan Maglich, Esq. is an attorney at Quarles and Brady where he is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  Jordan regularly practices in arbitration forums and state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in matters involving a wide variety of civil disputes and other business-related litigation

Gianluca Morello, Esq., is Assistant General Counsel for in the Litigation Department of Raymond James, where he represents the company in a variety of disputes, manages outside counsel, and counsels business units on litigation matters.

Greg Reymann, Esq., is a partner in his law and compliance consulting firm, Carter Reymann Law, located in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Greg specializes in advising investment advisers, and in providing legal services in securities law, corporate law, estate planning and ERISA.  Greg has also recently used his experience to counsel cryptocurrency issuers.
