Kristen Foltz is a professor in the Department of Communication at The University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida.  She first joined The University of Tampa in 2010.  Ms. Foltz began her legal career as a litigator prior to becoming a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Certified Mediator in 2011.  She is also certified in residential mortgage foreclosure mediations. She also has a Master’s of Science in Global Strategic Communications with a Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Consensus Building.  

Kellie O’Connell is a Supervised Practice Participant with Shrader Law, PLLC. Kellie attended the University of Tampa where she graduated early with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice. During her undergraduate studies, she interned for the Public Defender’s office for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. Kellie then attended Stetson University College of law where she graduated early with a Juris Doctor.
