Please join us for part 1 of a 2-part series discussing leadership, diversity, and inclusion in an age of unprecedented change. This year’s fifth annual Staying in the Game program will examine the importance of resilient leadership in sponsoring diversity within the legal profession.

Part 1 will feature keynote speaker Hilarie Bass. As founder of the Bass Institute for Diversity & Inclusion and the nonprofit Bass Foundation, Ms. Bass works with senior management of companies, law firms and institutions around the world to identify and create effective strategies to retain women throughout their careers, and elevate them to senior management roles. Beforelaunching these initiatives in 2018, Ms. Bass served as president of the American Bar Association from 2017-2018, where she traveled the world speaking about the insidious damage of implicit bias in the workplace and the importance of retaining and promoting female leaders. She also created a task force at the ABA on implicit bias in the justice system. As former co-president of Greenberg Traurig, Ms. Bass headed the firm’s 600-member litigation department for eight years and founded and chaired its Women’s Initiative for many years.

Complimentary attendance for members of the FBA, members of cooperating organizations, judges, law clerks, government attorneys, law students, and spring 2020 law school graduates.

$20 for all others, which includes both part 1 and part 2.

*CLE application pending
