Sign Up to be a Supervising Attorney in the Florida Bar YLD's Supervised Practice Program to Help Summer Florida Bar Exam Applicants

Since the announcement of the
Supervised Practice Program to help summer Florida Bar exam applicants, the Florida Bar YLD created a webpage where potential supervising attorneys can be listed, by geographical area and practice area, so that Bar applicants can contact them and participate in the new program. The webpage is easily accessible and user friendly.

First, an attorney simply goes to the main page found at:
https://flayld.org/supervised-practice-program/.  Next, the attorney clicks on the box entitled “Register to Become a Supervising Attorney Form”.  Once the form is submitted, and the YLD approves it, that attorney, firm, and/or organization will be featured on the website.

A qualified Bar applicant can then see the potential supervisor in their area and contact them.  It is up to the Bar applicant and potential supervising attorney to work out the details thereafter.  The website also has links to the required forms to be submitted by the bar applicant and potential supervising attorney to participate in the program.
